1. Returns (Exchanges and Refunds)
Goods can be returned under the conditions below:
1.1 – Goods were purchased from our online store, www.adaptyourlife.com.
1.2 – An email must be sent to email@example.com so that we can provide you with a return address, all returns are for your account.
1.3 – Goods must be returned within 30 days of the product(s) being delivered.
1.4 – Goods must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging, with the original seals and labels still attached.
1.5 – Returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the original order so that we can identify your order and communicate with you.
Once we have received and inspected your “return” product, we will either process a refund or an exchange. For instances where the above conditions are not met, “special exceptions” may apply, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. These “special exceptions” will attract a re-stocking and handling fee of 20% on the total invoiced price.
2. Returning Incorrect Orders
2.1 – If an incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it’s not the product you ordered), we’ll arrange to collect the product from you, and we’ll deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible. Please don’t remove the product from its original packaging. Simply contact our customer service team on email@example.com to notify us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
